Dar Ta Lippu is a charming farmhouse set in a rural location. Entrance to the farmhouse is gained through a large sunny courtyard which has a swimming pool with a deck and BBQ area together with a small garden.
Inside the house the downstairs accommodation comprises of a combined dining room/kitchen, a separate sitting room including cable TV, two bedrooms (1 twin and 1 double) and a shower room.
Dar Ta Lippu is unique for not just having 1 set of stairs, instead it has 2 sets, external stone stairs and internal spiral stairs, both sets of stairs lead upto the first floor.
On the first floor is a cosy sitting room, two bedrooms, one having a shower en-suite and a separate shower room.
A small hilltop village, San Lawrenz overlooks a secluded valley and is situated close to the island’s most spectacular coastal scenery at Dwerja. Charming 17th Century houses with intricately carved stone balconies and a small selection of restaurants, shops and bars can be found in the centre.
All international flights to Malta operate into Luqa airport. Maltese national airline Air Malta offer weekly flights from a good range of the UK regional airports. Additionally, there are several operators offering charter flights to Malta, but the island has so far stayed off limits for budget airlines.
You can fly from Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Dublin, East Midlands, Exete, Glasgow, London (all), Manchester and Norwich.
Helicopter flights are available between Luqa airport and Gozo (GZM).
