This charming farmhouse tucked away in an alley and is finished to very high standards including under floor heating and air-conditioning. This farmhouse has only recently been renovated and its original external stairs were restored.
The farmhouse comprises of two bedrooms both with en-suite facilities at ground floor level. On the first floor consists of a combined lounge/kitchen/dining overlooking swimming pool and deck area, one twin bedroom, a children's bunk room with en-suite facilities and another shower room.
One of the propertys best features is the roof terrace with BBQ enjoying open country views that are stunning both during the day and at night.
Other facilities include dishwasher, a washing machine, Cable TV and a payphone.
St Patrick is tucked up an alley in the village of Gharb. A picture postcard square lies at the heart of Gharb with a pharmacy, bakery and a restaurant. A local supermarket and several farmhouse style restaurants are all within walking distance. This property is conveniently situated approximately 3 kilometres from the capital of Victoria and the same to the nearest beach at Marsalforn.
All international flights to Malta operate into Luqa airport. Maltese national airline Air Malta offer weekly flights from a good range of the UK regional airports. Additionally, there are several operators offering charter flights to Malta, but the island has so far stayed off limits for budget airlines (except Ryanair from Luton).
You can fly from Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Dublin, East Midlands, Exete, Glasgow, London (all), Manchester and Norwich.
Helicopter flights are available between Luqa airport and Gozo (GZM).
