Set in a quiet residential area of Ibrag this detached, modern villa is only five minutes drive from the bustling resorts of Paceville and St. Julian’s. Equipped with everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable holiday Villa Utopia caters for everyone.
This exceptionally bright villa is very modern in design and furnished to a high standard. It has a large entrance hall and a very spacious livingroom with a wood burning fireplace and doors leading to the sun terraces and pool area. There is an very well equipped, open-plan kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining table and a cast iron stove. A door leads from the kitchen to a conservatory and to the pool area. Villa Utopia has three attractive bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, a separate dressing room, an en-suite bathroom and patio doors to a large terrace with excellent sea and country views. The other two bedrooms have twin beds and share a family bathroom. If needed, the twin beds can be turned into double beds for couples. There are a further two shower rooms in the villa. The living room, kitchen and bedrooms all have the advantage of air conditioning which is included in the villa price. There is also an intercom system between the bedrooms, kitchen and dining room. A games room is provided for guests’ enjoyment including a full sized snooker table, pool table, table tennis, dartboard and a variety of gym equipment.The villa also benefits from having local Melita cable television which allows clients to enjoy several English channels. The sofa in the living room can be turned into a double sofa bed allowing for an extra two people.
Patio doors lead from the living room onto the extensive sun terrace which surrounds the large 9.5 x 8 metre swimming pool which has a diving board and is entered by ladder steps. Adjacent to the pool there is a separate Jacuzzi. There is a barbeque for alfresco dining and a gazebo offering a shady area from which to relax and enjoy an afternoon drink. For the children there is an outdoor play area and for a small charge, guests can also enjoy a Finnish sauna and a five-hole crazy golf which are in the villa’s grounds. Internet access is available free of charge.
For guests staying longer than seven nights there is a weekly maid service. A breakages deposit is required for this villa.
Villa Utopia is situated in the peaceful village of Ibrag but is only a five minute drive to Paceville which has an excellent selection of shops, bars, restaurants and is the nightlife capital of Malta. Also along this coastline and within easy reach are the resorts of St Julian’s and Sliema, both picturesque coastal villages, full of character and charm offering an excellent selection of bars, cafes and restaurants.
All international flights to Malta operate into Luqa airport. Maltese national airline Air Malta offer weekly flights from a good range of the UK regional airports. Additionally, there are several operators offering charter flights to Malta, but the island has so far stayed off limits for budget airlines.
You can fly from Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Dublin, East Midlands, Exete, Glasgow, London (all), Manchester and Norwich.
Helicopter flights are available between Luqa airport and Gozo (GZM).
